Fish seek out structure to find refuge and food. When they find it, they stick to it. In areas such as mud flats, there are roaming fish but seldom any weed structure. In the winter, underwater weed structure becomes sparse (often nonexistent) nearly everywhere. Reel Weeds™ products give fishermen the advantage of attracting, holding and catching more fish!

The "SOS" is a depth-adjustable system that includes approximately 4 feet of weighted Reel Weeds™ structure, 40 feet of cordage, an adjustable "ice free" float, and a storage unit. Surround yourself with weed structure and get ready for some action.

   

Worried about the SOS freezing in the hole?  You don’t have to because we addressed that in the float we designed.  Even in cold winter conditions the “SOS” float prevents your structure from being trapped in the ice while you are fishing.  

Water will often freeze around the float, but when you are ready to retrieve your “SOS”, simply squeeze the float and lift straight up.  

Open water will be revealed the size of the float allowing you to reel your “SOS” right up. No chipping, no worries, no problem.

The Weed Line™

We are proud to introduce another exciting addition to our product line. The Weed Line™ combines nearly 2 feet of structure, with a swivel on the top and a swivel snap on the bottom to attach your favoite hooks or lures to. Creating a one-stop-shop for roaming fish.  The  Weed Line™ is constructed with EZ Skirt™ skirts which provide the highest possible quality and durability. The skirts are vertically mobile on the leader, and in addition to glowing in the dark, will create a tapping noice when jigged to attract fish all the more.

Ideal for open water applications to winter tip-up fishing, the aquadynamic design results in no resistance when the fish takes off with the bait.  A swivelled 24 inch, 50 pound test weight stem ensures a perfect combination to attract and catch more fish.

Fish see the Weed Line™ from a much further distance than they will see a traditional hook and line, which attracts them.  As they draw closer they find exactly what they were hoping to find under the artificial weed....food. The rest is up to you.

Tip: For Panfish, Perch or even Walleyes, tie a trailer monofilament line of 4 to 6 inches dressed with your baited jig or hook on to the bottom snap.
