DNR RULES & REGS
SCO is required to follow all DNR rules and regulations while operating a charter. In the event customers want to keep fish, it must not exceed the state limits regarding those species. SCO is not required to clean fish if clients choose to keep them.
SCO'S RIGHT TO CANCEL
In the event of unruly or dangerous behavior regarding charter clients, SCO has the right to end the charter at anytime and return the clients to the location where they initially boarded. Refunds will not be honored in these types of situations. SCO is not required to tolerate any forms of unruly or dangerous behavior.
GRATUITY
We encourage all charter clients to tip the boat captains for their efforts. General tip ranges can be found below. Thank you in advance!

CHARTER CANCELATIONS
If clients wish to cancel a booked charter trip they must notify SCO at least 24 hours before the trip to receive back the full deposit amount. SCO will only refund 50% of the deposit if clients fail to notify the company 24 hours before the trip. Notifications can be made by email or phone.
DEPOSITS
In order to book a charter trip for a selected date, clients are responsible for paying the full deposit amount in advance. Deposits can be made under the "CHARTERS" section on our website.
$100/hr
SCO charges a flat charter rate of $100/hr. The client chooses the duration of the charter during the booking process. In the event the charter is ended early do to the clients' wishes, the same duration amount that was chosen the booking process must still be paid. In the event the duration runs longer due to the clients' wishes, each hour over will be $150/hr. (i.e. if the charter runs 42 mins over the following calculations will be made: 42mins/60mins = .7 x $150 = $105
